maybe

but i think those units were booked through the agent  by paying 10k,
*
maybe the agent was hired by the land owners to clear off the units they secured by selling the land to CHS...

Not true refers to the commercial and residential rate?

Means no way a commercial lot would be getting residential rate? If i understand correctly... Still pening-ing...
*
SOHOs and Service Apartments build under commercial titles nowadays are amended into HDA, hence for residential purpose it is possible to get residential rate for both electricity and water. The doubt here is will the developer apply residential rate from TNB and SYABAS? if developer applied and TNB/SYABAS approves and acknowledge that the service apartments and SOHOs are pure residential purpose then it will get residential rates. An example would be Zeva @ Equine South which obtained residential rates for electricity and water for its service apartments.

parking floors are mezzanine floors, most tricky type of construction. zig zag

until 7th floor for common facilities podium, another headache for swimming pool, club house and M&E utilities rooms.

Everything is like congested into 1 small plot of lands. i remember is 500++ apartment excluded those retails shops
*
So this means the tricky floors are still not yet completed. Sure hope all goes smooth, the good brothers beside need blessing from them... laugh.gif
