when are we going to apply for loan? any idea?

budget is near, not sure better apply before or after.

Well, for those young average joe, after 2-3 years completion, who will be the target tenants for that area still seems like lack with something.

Supply as per today still lacking but the ongoing launches are massive. My opinion is, after 2 to 3 years later, supply is floated with this overpriced mickey mouse house. maybe that's why im dont keen with this tyoe of property but developer still keep mushrooming out this SOHO,SOVO,SOFO,SOLO,SOMO thing. this makes me recall how best the studio concept is before year 2008.

Who knows, maybe after 10 years, developer selling 200ft2 type

Added on September 7, 2012, 3:03 pmbro, never says never. Long time ago in klang valley already got such concept. For example, in taman melawati, there are shop lots which top floor are like 1 room concept (around 200ft2), those tenants share the same common toilets.

I know because i got TARC friend rent there last time

bro, u should watch some local film about the gangster life, there are one called "chow kit". from the film, there are actually people still living in such poor condition small tiny unit. Most of them are.......... u watch it 1st.

just "chow kit" it got segment of stories. Feel like 1malaysia product.

But people from far like puchong or cheras will not come to mines coz they got other better choices.

most of the customers in mines are student and middle east (tour)

its only an improved attraction to local only.

I think the developer had make an agreement with the Cemetery management to beautifying the surround of the cemetery. I always heard when cemetery is disturbed, those generations of the ancestor will be having problems if their ancestor is not in peace. I think beautifying the cemetery is a good move to ensure all parties have great benefits.

I hoping the AP for this project will slightly delayed to give way for the budget 2013 first. Who knows what goodies will be given by Najib then for property buyers.

not really, its new wing for JJ. the site is quite huge, 3 acres i think, mutilevel car parks is confirmed but anchored tenant for it still dont know who.
