we had waited long time for this to reach balakong and kajang, finally.

but i pity those new vest and props in seri kembangan, puchong south, cyber and putra all is like rm 400 to 650 psft but still no LRT or MRT.

Any cheap and affordable as promise will always tight up with a lot of terms. The first and only PR1MA apartment in Putrajaya already sparks many unsatisfactory for eligible to own

bro, never says never. Long time ago in klang valley already got such concept. For example, in taman melawati, there are shop lots which top floor are like 1 room concept (around 200ft2), those tenants share the same common toilets.

I know because i got TARC friend rent there last time sweat.gif

But people from far like puchong or cheras will not come to mines coz they got other better choices.

most of the customers in mines are student and middle east (tour)

its only an improved attraction to local only.

I think the developer had make an agreement with the Cemetery management to beautifying the surround of the cemetery. I always heard when cemetery is disturbed, those generations of the ancestor will be having problems if their ancestor is not in peace. I think beautifying the cemetery is a good move to ensure all parties have great benefits.

I hoping the AP for this project will slightly delayed to give way for the budget 2013 first. Who knows what goodies will be given by Najib then for property buyers.

other developer dont have AP but soft launch already printed the brochure, bunting and banner to standby.

this project still under the DOn Cheong Architect. Same Architect for Suria Residence, Natur Apartment. They always offers 11' ceiling heights. I still hope they giving clay bricks.

show unit? i doubt that since entry price so low. Not viable for developer to built a dummy mock up unit.

arhhh, price quite steep to me, not within my finance ability. i heard its offers DIBS.

If u dont mind, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, VCS also completing the semi D and bungalow there. I got friend work there. Worth to explore.
