I not sure how many reserved land they have in balakong area ... but if they do it well for one project, then it's also good for their future. E.g. Platinum Victory at wangsa maju. I think they have built up their reputation quite well now. You see all their new launches, sure sapu habis very fast. So hopefully CHS also will do the same smile.gif

Platinum Victory is a good benchmark and example that leasehold can sell like hot cake. Many of my Tarcians friends owned few there. But i still dont prefer leasehold.

haha, my 1st house renovation works, most got sponsor from my contractors. Need to start buddy buddy again with them.

I am so regret that i sold mine few years back smile.gif Even till now i am still getting SMS-es from the agent there asking if i am interested to sell or rent.
