QUOTE(The Amateur Working Bee @ Jan 13 2015, 07:10 PM) longbow more flexible and reliable for your projectile paths, once you mastered bow, u can switch to rifle imo would give it a try then. thanks not many warriors like rifle style, i only use it for my pvp build longbow would be more popular due to aoe choices of atks and the double projectiles for 1st skill, so the damage isnt too shabby comparatively |

QUOTE(monza84 @ Jan 31 2015, 06:02 PM) Wat are u focusing on right now? If doing map completion, all Signets build can go also, and maybe equip warhorn + signet or rage for perma swiftness currently doing map completion. so going with full signets first Later on if u wanna do dungeons/wvw, then other skills are much much more useful such as 'For Great Justice' aoe might, Banners to give extra attribs while doing dungeons etc etc |

QUOTE(Deimos Tel`Arin @ Feb 2 2015, 03:57 PM) not very hard to find level exotic gear. i tried PvP yesterday, 1st match already lose.if you do some casual structured player versus player and choose a dungeon reward path, you can get level 80 exotic weapons and armor. haven't done any dungeons yet, wanna finish story quest first. |

QUOTE(Deimos Tel`Arin @ Feb 2 2015, 04:48 PM) aye, it is common to lose in structured player versus player in your first match. i never played any pvp in mmo lol. for "practice mode" aka hotjoin (free to come and go as you wish) there is no form of match making at all so you can meet players of various experience in there. you may practice 1 vs 1 with our guild members in empty servers to warm up, get a feel of pvp. soon you will come to realize that gw2 sPvP (structured player versus player) is way more balanced than any other mmorpg pvp out there. i do notice that I can't just hack and slash during the fight. but since I just testing the waters so not really care much. though it kinda suck when you deal so little damage when opponent can shoot from far away dealing more damage than your greatsword |
