First time playing, find it really hard to keep up with the enemy

I heard in Guild Wars 1, melee attack will actually lock on to the enemy so even if the enemy move around we can still easily hit them?

I find it really hard to keep up with enemy that moves around. Ranged combat is much easier though, just get in range and start bombarding the enemy no matter where they move.

feels like melee warrior very hard to solo bandits, lol. Jump into an event alone and couldn't survive all the bandits. Have to wait for others to join the fight.

Reason I choose warrior is because I used to play melee in other games

I thought they say the event will scale according to number of players Thats why I straight go into it myself and get killed

Hello all warriors, need some opinion on armor choice here. Finally reach level 80

I'm thinking of getting armor with Power, Toughness and Vitality to help me survive. Mainly focus is exploring, and later will play WvW (not so interested in PvP )

I thought maybe I can get Vigil armor first which comes with those stats, then continue explore, farm karma and in the end, I'll get the karma exotic armor that comes with those stat.

Just want to ask is that a good thing to do? Or is it just wasting my time.

Hmm, right now I only got 20k karma and about 16 gold, which is why I thought of getting it to last me awhile until I have about 240k karma I think for the set not including helmet.

Right now I'm using green set armor. So I'm also worried about being able to survive the level 80 area where we need to go and do the meta event to buy those karma exotic
