tiada sekatan means no caveat, not means is non bumi, better do a search in majlis for its status

the most interesting one is this.

a single FOREIGNER bought a non-bumi lot. later, he married with a bumi girl.
then, he added his wife name to his house. when this couple wanted to sell their house, they found that their house IS a bumi lot."
So it is better to look for other properties ie. DON'T BUY this property.

Usually, if property is cheap, means it is bumi lot or bumi seller.
