bumi seller doesn't mean bumi lot property..
you can check with the owner either bumi lot or freehold property since SNP mentioned the property status..

if not mistaken, every sale n purchased property must go through land office for document endorsement..

pls verify first before proceed..

another way of checking prop status is by browsing through e.g: iproperty, mudah, etc to know the property is freehold/ leasehold..but as bumi lot/ open lot, SNP will give the details..
maybe other guru can advise on other way..

btw, seems like you'll purchasing through prop agent.
sub-sale prop, right?
