This method I have seen at other blog, you can refer it to transfer contacts from Android to Symbian:

used google nexus 4 4.2.2
nokia 5800 s60v5

need:
*nokia pc suite
*nbuexplorer

1)have your android sync contacts to Gmail and nokia pc suite installed and nbuexplorer_v2.6.zip (or you can create the .vcf file by other means like apps, export from phone, etc) (i dont know if other ways work)
2)go to gmail / contacts / select all contacts / export
3)select (i used “the group” not all contacts), and select format: “vcard”, click export, the file (contact.vcf) is created
4)open nbuexplorer and drag the contact.vcf file (yes drag and drop)
5)right click on contacts, export, select a folder, a lot of vcf files are created (for each contact)
6)open nokia suite or pc suite, plug your nokia in ovi mode, or pc suite mode, let it sync, install support, etc.
7)go to contacts, file, import, then select all the vcf files created, (yes all of them)
8)let it sync the phone, that is it, you have all your android contacts in nokia, even contacts with pics
