Can you subscribe to the packs online once you purchase it or do you have to use SMS. I want to put this into my Ipad and there is no way to subscribe using SMS when I want to use it.

You have to test it out at the said location cause there might have grey spots there.

yes, you dun need to take out the simcard from the ipad, just go to your browser, Hotlink will bring you to the Broadband portal page, then you can see how much you have in the account, do the necessary topup via Flexi e Reload or via keying in pin numbers from topup coupons/card. then just purchase the pass you require, simple

its totally different from some broadband whereby you need to send sms to activate or buy them, like Celcom or Digi



Maxis one is easier, but due to the overwhelming users using it, its advisable to do admin portal stuff in the early part of the morning so as to avoid delays and Network/Portal congestion

currently only 8640/8640 in most area although its 42Mbps enabled as Wireless BB profile mostly are still 8640/8640, not many places upgraded yet...........

but Maxis 3G Internet sims are 42000/8640 now, ie the Multisim Legacy plan

rm5.00 is the best price already ~ includes registration and a 24hr 50MB Internet pass , this simcard can text and make/receive voice calls, unlike Maxis SKMM which cannot.
