Patch 1.04 caused high latency, This is the root cause

I never had lag problem since the first day diablo 3 released, but until this 1.04 patch is up.
My latency bar now is yellow - red, sometimes even 3000!! Zzz.. No matter how many times i have reset the modem, the result is same. Even the IP I check also not 175 still lag like hell... I can confirm the root cause is the latest patch!! Blizzard needs to fix this!!!  |

There are more people spamming the Paragon since the release of the patch.
Hence heavy load on the server. Many of my friends still play at 2am. Yes, patch 1.04 is the problem  |

using hotlink prepaid wireless BB..yellow for 1 minute only..after that all green!!it's not the issue with blizzard..but your isp..since it is still a hari raya day,expect a slower connection for a few days until weekend!!

patch 1.0.4, connection still smooth since 1.0.0
post all my ToS, Gems, essence for USD/AUD, nothing moved for 36 hours. If 1.0.4 remove the necessary of RMAH, then my will of playing D3 gone forever. |

Seems back from maintenance (for now). Was able to auction stuff and it's pretty smooth ingame, I assume until everyone starts flooding back in.
