my bro just got his FLX 1.3. for some reason, despite same engine, the FLX engine feels smoother and more quiet compared to the previous BLM. a joy to drive for its price.

all car also got problem.. my fofi also many problem. plus the BLM is my first car, so it's like my first love..

there are ups and downs in every relationship. but we made it through. i have a lot of memories with the BLM (dont think of anything weird. lol.)

my fofi made me cry a lot liao this month.. tires RM1K+.. windshield RM850.. belum tinted lagi.. side mirror RM120.. steering waiting for part to arrive.. sideskirt lagi..

tire sudah botak.. windshield kena batu.. steering got noise.. side mirror langgar motor.. sideskirt langgar divider.. all separate event, but all happen within past few months.. really pokai liao..

luckily i repair outside, only Rm850.. if repair at ford, almost 1.5K..

anyway, a bit disappointed that the FLX still uses Ducaro GA like previous BLM. these tires almost killed me when i was driving the BLM.

my dad renewed the insurance for me. but he renewed in kedah. if want windshield coverage, they need to send people to take picture of windshield. that time i was in KL, so cannot apply..

but the wet grip is very poor wan.. good thing is that it teached me how to brake properly in the wet, even with no ABS.

damn, worse than the Ducaro GA? really dangerous liao.. good thing the new saga got ABS.

it's hard to explain. but after driving with the saga for a while, then u'll know the limit of ur tires. u can predict when it will skid, or when it will brake properly, when it will hydroplane, etc. it should be much better with the FLX with ABS, but in the old BLM, driving in the rain is a challenge.

once u've skidded a few times, then u'll know when ur tires will give way and when they will grip. my advice is, brake slowly, rather than slamming the brakes and skidding the car. it's better to bump into the car in front, rather than losing control and ending up worse.

exactly! ur foot is ur ABS.

it's quite easy to skid with the old BLM, so u'll be gettin a lot of the hair-raising experiences even if u drive properly.

after a few skids, i rarely skid anymore. now a bit more confident to drive in heavy rain.
