You are stepping on the throttle more than the required amount. Lighten your foot and keep the rpm at max 2,000 rpm during city cruise. At highway keep it below 2500 rpm unless you want to go beyond 120kph.

minimal steering not only conserve the steering rack lifespan, it helps in slowing down front tire wear too.

20k service is add on spark plu, radiator coolant and brake fluid change. I personally break it off by opting to change sparkies at 20k, brake fluid at 25k and coolant at 30k. Then the labor charge also dropped to RM70 (or issit RM80, I forgot)

sticky gear lever punya pasal lah... the gear lever still new, therefore when shifting sometimes it's only "halfway", mechanically it is not engaged, but sensor detects it as already entered the gear.

not a problem.

Without that safety lock or not, I think it is common sense that we should engage brakes first when slotting into D or R from stationary position for automatic transmission car (cvt and dct included)... Kalau simple common sense macam tu pun tak de then should ask yourself whether you're fit to drive on the road or not.
