1. Use Adobe to edit the logo. The white line is too obvious.
2. Instead of HTML, code it in PHP.
3. Insert code to Center the page instead aligning it to the left.
How much willing to pay? A freelance good designer charge at an average of RM80 per page with PHP coding. Companies at RM100-150 (depend on company reputation).
Since yours is not even at average standard , I say I'll pay RM20-25 per A4/page.

I know you dont use any database, but using PHP is much easier for customization i.e color code, catalog etc
and later on when the customer decided to insert products they sell, it can easily be done without needing to rewrite the whole html code.
it can also be use to immediately add news to the site. do note that PHP is server side language, meaning it can manipulate data before reaching the target audience.

azhartestad,
I do not design website nor I coded anything before on PHP. However, I have some experience in liaising with web designers before.
I can see that you have make some improvement, but I dont know what causes the web to load unbarely long.
I suggest you optimize the graphics and logo for web use. U can use Adobe Photoshop for that.
