Dear all DH sifu, i got 2 questions here:

If Im using 2 hand bow ( Dual Wield ) with both  got socket (+100% crit)

1) Did I will have increase 200% CD from my both weapon add to my total CD?
2) If I have archery skill chosen, did my CC will increase 20% (10% for each weapon).
