Since you're more into tanking build, and I have little to no experience with those, my suggestions might not be accurate but:

I think you'll need way more critical damage. You're lacking of it in your glove, amulets, weapon (natural + socket). Your tanking capability should be good with your current allres + armor + spammable gloom. But if you want more damage, you'll need to try 2H bow/xbows + quiver (pretty sure your dps will go up at least by 10k)

Also I noticed you're using Scatter Bomb/Dark Cloud instead of Ball Lightning. Since you're more into tanking, I think BL will be more suitable hatred-spammer (more hits = more procs for Night Stalker), larger AoE.

I digress.Bola shot is too underpowered.Id like to use it(the damage is huge), but there are so many downsides to it.

Firstly its only good in point blank melee range.The farther your target is, the more ineffective it becomes due to the explosion delay.
Second, its aoe also only works in melee range(7 yard).The rune with decent aoe have horrible coefficient.
It also doesnt pierce(except for poison rune), which makes goblin killing hard.

Right now switched back to cinder arrow.

Hopefully theyd buff it more.I think something along the line like making the projectiles travel faster the further it goes will works great to cover its melee range weakness.

Been playing a couple of pub games.. and notice that there are lots of DH using windforce, and bola shots for primary attack.

I'm still sticking to athene's hungering arrow + cluster bombs build and it feels like I'm the odd guy here.

i mix around...buy stuff for the stats..if only natal set not expensive i might use set
