Like I said, microsd is small so when you take it out of its slot, it can get lost easily.
Anyway, the 920 has no microsd slot. The advantage of using a flash drive as opposed to the microsd is that you don't need to have to use a computer and a card reader to transfer the information out or into the phone.
If you are on the move, and you don't have a computer with you, you can transfer your photos out to a flash drive to be given to somebody. A lot of people carry flash drives around, along with their keys. The small USB OTG cable can be easily kept in a car, a small bag or even in the pocket for easy access when needed.
as for my understanding, not much ppl will take out thier micro sd for data exchange. the micro sd main usage (at least for me) when the fon was critically damaged. i still can retain my own pic & music by taking out the micro sd & transfer to other fon. yes u may say y not using cloud system? i got full 20gb of data & i lazy to upload + i dont trust cloud system + i dowan using my own data quota when i wan to listen my own music when i was abroad.Anyway, the 920 has no microsd slot.
