with wp8, everything that wp7 lacks will be fill with wp8. Now, whats left is Windows Marketplace and Xbox Live.

I mean, apps that available in marketplace. last time, nokia told me, only 60% apps from market place is available for Malaysian.

You cannot, sorry, you can compare it that way but you should not. Certain sports cars without a lot of accessories, features and even air-cond are sold for an arm and a leg but some full specs Japanese cars go for sometimes only 20% of those cars. This is the real world and when you are in demand, you command a high price bracket but when you are not in that same league, no matter how good your phone (or other commodities for that matter) is, you just cannot price it too high, relatively.

Anyone having problem with the emails message are not grouping together?
Example I subscribe to this thread, whenever there is an update I'll receive an email, so sometimes I'll receive few emails at the same time, before change to 920, in WP7.5 the similar or same subject emails will group together but now it is not happening even though conversation option is already turned on...
