for me this is the best phone i have ever seen..but i'm not so sure why the nokia shareholders doesnt think that way..nokia shares plunge to 16%?? why ar??

Because...

1) WP8's complete features are still a mystery.
2) No release date for this phone. So for now is vapourware.
3) Motorola released some interesting Droid phones on the same day.
4) Next week is iPhone 5 announced. And everytime it's announced it's available within 2 weeks.
5) Pureview brand but still only 8MP compared to 808's 41MP.
6) Downgraded the polycarbonate chassis to glossy plastic from matte plastic.
7) Doesn't seem that much better than the Samsung ATIV.
8) They posted fake Pureview trailer to con people.

From a average joe point of view, this phone would be great and fits on daily usage, just the right phone to get me going through my life. Doesn't care about the optics as long as it take decent photos and won't fail me, doesn't really care for the market shares either, just the right phone. Doesn't care about the specs too, everything just fits right.

So why all the fuss, people?

Actually for me the phone is okay also. 8MP and good sensor is enough for me. I will probably only get Black or Gray because they use matte plastic.

Right now I'm using an iPhone 4. Unless iPhone 5 is really good I will be getting a WP8 phone. I wish Nokia would confirm an exact release date worldwide though.

I ran the Windows 8 compatibility manager and decided to keep my Windows 7 installation because there are quite a few Dell software that may not run properly if I upgrade. Anyway I am planning to buy a Windows 8 tablet (but not the RT version) and a Windows Phone 8 model to replace my iPhone 4.

I tried the HTC 8X today at the Mid Valley PC expo. It is fast and feels pretty nice in the hand... but I still wish I could set a custom background for the homescreen like in Windows 8 Metro Start screen.

According to Microsoft, a phone's screen is too small. Setting a background would eventually overshadow everything else, especially the tiles. It may change when as we advance, as screen resolution improves.

Microsoft may think that but they should still let it be an option. They shouldn't try to babysit us too much otherwise people will just go for Android/iOS to get the customization they want.

Carrier or non-carrier shouldn't matter if the update system is designed properly and implemented efficiently. iPhones/iPads all get the same update within 24 hours of each other.

What about other than klcc? Are display units availablein every nokia store?

I think all the official Nokia stores should have. The MidValley Gardens and Bangsar Village stores have.
