I from Seremban. Maybe location does matter, not much people order from here so they have plenty of stock to deliver to me first.

i believe it wipe clean the phone unless updating via OTA. This my experience from flashing from GB rom to MY rom. Should be the same for portico. Unless u did backup first then yr sms, email setting will still be available once u log in to your live id.
