Seriously? Cos ppl keep telling note 2 is better than ip5 and now Lumia is better than note 2? Can u let me know what makes u think that 920 is a superior phone? Cos right now I am really cant make up my mind between these three..
Honestly speaking, if you're into the experience offered out of the box (disregarding the apps completely), then L920 would be a better choice. Apart from simplicity, the suite of Office apps with tight integration to Office 365 just kills the competition right off, not to mention the superior navigation solutions from Nokia. The hardware part, well, it's safe to say L920 has the best recording devices (in a smartphone, camera + 3 mics) in the market right now and no one would argue with that, today.
Again, if you're a person who favors apps above all else, you may want to do a bit of research to see if your favourite apps exist in WP (or alternatives). If you favour Google services (Gmail, Gmaps, Gtalk, G+), then stick to Android, plain and simple.
Hmmm that sounds about right. Maybe you should also try via the Settings panel (Settings > About > Reset your Phone) but I don't see why that should make a difference because the method you did is the same thing.
If this still occurs, I'd recommend brining it to the Nokia Store and have them take a look at it.
Thanks for the help , but i was able to fix the problem. Apparently there was a problem with my live id. I created a new one and its working fine now.

depends i have tested both if you are talking about overall note 2 always wins.
1. BATTERY LIFE Note 2 has a 3100mah battery while the 920 have a 2000mah when i said heavy usage i would use it from 100% until the phone battery died not like some forumer in this forum they tell you 20mins call 30sms 30 whatsapp message and some facebook can roughly last a day.
When u push its limits to the max you know average how long it last on battery life note 2 wins since then i have never bother to worry about battery life furthermore back then on my lumia 800/900 i need to turn off 3G or else the battery will deplete even faster.
So conclusion for battery life Note 2 wins if you monitor the statsitic even its a quad core its not always running at 1.6ghz but only when its needed thats one of the way to extend its battery life
2. CAMERA Nokia Lumia 920 have a float lens and OIS with this two is enough to beat Samsung Galaxy Note 2 camera even using BSI Sensor.
So conclusion Camera in photo imaging and video recording goes to Nokia Lumia 920
3. AUDIO I have tested the Nokia monster headset on both Nokia Lumia 920 and Samsung Galaxy Note 2 the audio sound alot better on Note 2 because it has a wolfson audio chip built in. The audio on the Nokia Lumia 920 sound very dull and low regardless what you do. http://www.gizbot.com/mobile/samsung-mobil...-galaxy-s3.html
So conclusion the winner goes to Samsung Galaxy Note 2
5. SCREEN SIZE
Since i used the Note 2 it becomes more like a phablet a phone comes tablet so everything looks sharp and clear due to its huge 5.5inch screen visibility while browsing is just great , video play back is amazing. Battery life is also great you can watch 4 to 5 of continous video and still have plenty of juice left. Try it yourself
So conclusion It depends on individual some prefer smaller screen as a phone some like me prefer both world into one.
6. SCREEN DIRECT SUNLIGHT VISIBILITY For direct sunlight test Nokia Lumia 920 wins due to its clearblack display technology its sharp and clear in most condition unlike note 2 it uses brightness to compensate resulting in heavy battery drain.
Conclusion Nokia Lumia 920 wins
7. WRITING S-PEN
2012-11-01-5395.jpg by JTproductions, on Flickr S-pen can do many things like screen hovering over icons, take screenshots, handwriting recognition, crop images and etc watch the above video the learn more while the Nokia Lumia 920 you cant do all those but you can use anything even wearing glove to become a stylus.
Conclusion Samsung Galaxy Note 2 wins here
8. MULTITASKING
In multitasking clearly samsung galaxy note 2 is superior you can even have multi window. If you dont close the apps it will stay running in the background like your computer and multi window like the video you can like send sms while watching watch your youtube video or web browsing and watching video, and many more combination of your choice.
Conclusion : Samsung Galaxy Note 2
9. HOMESCREEN
This part is very subjective because Note 2 you can customizable widgets, icons , various pages and etc when Nokia Lumia 920 you can only do tiles and only 1 way scrolling. Dont forget samsung galaxy note 2 can even add live wallpaper in the background. Some ppl will say you add background the phone will lag from my experience my phone is using live wallpaper and i love it without experiencing any lag.
So conclusion : it depends on invidiual taste for me i prefer samsung galaxy Note 2
10. NETWORK Nokia Lumia 920 wins because its LTE ready when the samsung galaxy note 2 international version GT7100 available in malaysia do not support LTE
So conclusion goes to Nokia Lumia 920

lol not i dont want its just not enough to show. Since mutt ask for comparison i just give
End up i be talking is the camera , social integration with lots of limitation, customizable tiles to your style. If he have asked whats the pros in WP8 then my approach will be different.

i havent go into apps/ gesture motions / auto pop up shortcuts / expandable storage up to 64GB via micro sd card/ removable back cover/ Notifications lights up to 7 to 10 colours / Glowing phone only work on White Note 2 / Front camera works with local 3G calls/ Custmizable blocking mode / Security if your phone got stolen / modding custom rom / Save whatsapp conversation/ Free 30GB dropbox and so much more.
haha i only giving comparison because forumer ask for it not because purposely go off topic before some noob will start bragging and crying if exist.

Added on December 23, 2012, 6:55 pmfyi, Nokia lumia 920 in Malaysia not LTE ready
Can you clarify that? Is it the LTE is not working for Lumia 920 or there is no LTE service in Malaysia since the major service provider (Digi/Celcom/Maxis) will only be LTE ready in 2013?
Good question string. I find that comical that a major OS could exclude such important feature. How can you be a business oriented phone/OS if you do not have this feature?
I use it for my Witopia by the way so at the moment I can't listen to my BBC 5 live sports commentary on my Lumia .... stupid.

I need it for my Netflix, I have a paid account with them. I could access it on my other phones but that means WP8 losing out one notch with regards to things it can do to match itself with the other two OSes.
Supposedly MS is working on an update (Apollo Plus) that was to come with VPN but as we all know Portico didn't come with VPN .... MS needs to work faster on this thing. I don't see the sense of urgency on MS part. I mean, they are a 3rd ranked player in this Mobile OS and they need to be as fast as possible in making sure they cover all the bases.
JUst purchased a 920, a nice red one. My housemate purchased the black. We are coming from android, I am from the htc one x and he is from the s3. Want a change from android since I have been using it for 2 years. So far, windows is pretty nice. Happy with the purchase. Lets see how things develop over the course of a year.
Anyway, my housemate is getting alot of restarts on this black device. Anyone have any solution?
