How do you guys 'click' in the game? Constantly clicking on the enemy to kill it or hold down the mouse button until the selected enemy is killed? I always do the 'keep clicking until it dies'.    I ask this because after nearly 2 hours of D3, my right hand would hurt...  Not used to holding down the mouse button.  I usually play less than 2 hours at most before maybe listening to music or watching a movie.
