Don't really remember exactly but smth to do with "to control less money flowing out". I remembered smth like they limit u to carry ur money out, and smth like u have to change ur currency in Malaysia b4 going out. Smth like that. Correct me if I'm wrong. tongue.gif

True that. But that time Malaysians still skeptical about electronic transfer kot. If I'm not mistaken, this policy is called "dasar tutup pintu" kot. I remembered even the HK news talked about it. They questioned does the policy works. And should HK follow?
