i collected my puppy last nite~~~ so cute, i came to a compromise with my mom...so we name him Lucky Ty'rel..hahahaa

It's so smart only a few hour it know how to play fetch already and understand 'let go' command.

Now trying to toilet train Ty'rel, it's crate train so no worries on that part..i think i better train him to take it poo poo outside the house.

the strange thing is that it didn't bark all nite..fit well into the new environment. Thank God...

Thanks Guys for showing me something so wonderful

by the way, this morning i took it out for a morning walk..it follow me all the way and we has a great time this morning..my whole family love Lucky Ty'rel very much..

Anyway, Nairud, my bro took it to him room last nite...should this recomended or against it..i want ty'rel to remain crate train..

No wonder didnt bark la laugh.gif as long as there's somebody to accompany him, he wont bark or whine.

What do you mean by crate train first? pee and poo in the cage or sleep in the cage?

I'm an advocate of Full freedom, well, not caged up the whole time until somebody releases him/her.

sleeping in the crate...that's very crucial if we wanna take him along for a domestic travel.

Crate training is essential for transporting large dogs in cars. For small dogs, only necessary if u r intending to fly on a plane.

If travelling by car, small dogs cn also b taught 2 behave n lie on d seat or floor of d car.

Some crate training is good if u intend to board your dog.

Like nairud, v advocate full freedom n run of d house ... d natural lifestyle for JRTs. Of course, if u own a farm, even better. rclxm9.gif

Any pics 2 share of ur new pup? cool.gif

Well just to share with you, it is not advisable for your puppy to out of the house yet (for walks) because it's not complete the vaccination yet. Those virus are airborne and it could easily caught one. So better keep it in the house at the moment, let it complete the vaccination first. Shadow gets freedom too, roaming the house, but lately have been very naughty, always wakes me up at 2am then 4am.. sometime Shadow wakes me up to collect the poo, else he just make noise.. no idea why, maybe Shadow dont like to sleep in the cage.
Btw, issit necessary for Shadow to brush his teeth.. he have a full set of nice k9's.. good! tongue.gif

furless? you better sort it out with the vet. takut there's mite infection over there.

the best thing or time to get any pup is at least 8 weeks old. Younger than that are not recommended, that's why you have tyrel at 3 months old, he's practically independent already

ouh..the tip is it??? then it should be the docking scar because some breeder would just use the traditional way to dock it: rubber band. this one causes the tip to be bald.

If you give it to vets to dock, tthen the tip will have fur

I got Shadow from the same breeder, I tok with the breeder regarding the furless tail tip that Tyrel is facing and she mentioned is because of the Vet, not experienced or didnt gave much attention while doing it. Silly.. Shadow's tail tip use to be furless at the age of 3 months too, now he become the real 'furkid'.. sweat.gif If u still worry can always check with your vet.

Hojeff I thought Mary mention to u about the tail docking? tongue.gif

Dont let him do that too often. you'll have a hard time telling him not to sit on your lap next time.

Nairud, Ty'rel lost its appetide yesterday and this morning during bfast. I have mix some breeders pack super premium puppy food with Alpo puppy chick for him. But he seem not having a good appetide.

Should i just go back to pure Alpo chicken for him?
