I've just fetch my pup back to home last Thursday, he is just about 7 weeks old. Last few days, been feeding him solid food as the breeder told me he already having solid food about a week plus ago... And yesterday morning, while trying to clean up his crate, we've found a 4-5" worm in his poop.

According to Uncle Google, it seems to be roundworms... but how can really handle this?

check with the person you got your pup from. Sounds like the pup wasnt deworm at 4 weeks.
Just bring to the vet and get the pill from them, get it done ASAP before more worms breed.

Pls also check and request for,vaccination reports.. Many pet shops just wanna make $$..

I've just sent him for 2nd vaccine and de-wormed yesterday. This morning, I still see another roundworm in his poop, but it seems like not moving... is this normal after de-wormed?

Wondering is that true the dog collar can actually cause flea?

Nola.. Flea is from other dogs..
