so in conclusion is the Dell u2312hm the best i can get at that price point?

and also what is the main difference between something like a ultrasharp series u2312hm and a normal s series monitor from dell?

i dont really get the fancy technical terms, can anybody explain to me?

Is it better to get it from some forumers(online shops) that provide 5 year warranty than some stores which only provide 3 year warranty?
