Hi guys, need some recommendation for monitor.

Budget: RM400-600
Screen size: Preferably 23" and above, with HDMI

Currently using Samsung 19" flat screen LCD monitor, 3-4 years no dead pixels and never spoil before, so looking for something as durable as that.

Mainly use the monitor to play casual games like LoL, maybe some COH, browsing and watching HD videos.
