I have the 2312, while the color is a major step up from my previous BenQ hd2400, the black level is a major step down. Dark areas, depending on the setting, is either too bright or too dark - hard to get optimal shadows in dark areas. Not so nice for atmospheric rpg games where lightning and shadows are important features. You can get by it but it depends on your tolerance for such things.but i like to play games in the dark when late at night

I have some bleeding on the bottom left but i've gotten used to it.
Other than that, it's quite a decent lcd for gaming but you may want to look at alternatives if things like black level is important to you.
