Which monitor better? U2312HM or the new Dell S2340L?

Price range around the same hmm.gif

Well, as mentioned before by CyntrixTech:
#1 - Glossy Screen vs Anti-glare + 3H coating
#2 - No DVI Connection, only HDMI and VGA vs DVI + DP + VGA + 4 USB ports
#3 - No Height Adjustment vs Height-Adjustable stand, tilt + swivel + pivot
#4 - Slimmer
#5 - Edge to Edge Screen (almost)
#6 - 1ms faster than U series

U2312HM's features are highlighted in green. You choose your preference tongue.gif
Not sure S2340L's panel is IPS or VA though.

Yes but Dell ultrasharp has premium warranty. Just call them up if anything's wrong with the monitor and they will come and replace it. No question asked. You won't find this in other manufacturer.
Ultrasharp has better ergonomics....you can adjust the monitor by rotating, swivel and also height etc. The base of the monitor is sturdy and seems much better than others. I would say all these is worth it because I had monitor that just died after just passing 3 years lol.
