Hey guys, need some help here in choosing in between Asus VS239N and Samsung S23B350H.

These two are in my budget and is available in where I live. At first I was leaning towards the asus due to it being and IPs panel. However the 14ms response times sort of turn me down.

Can anyone give me some opinion in which should I go for? I'll mainly be using the monitor for gaming, movies, some occational photo editing.
