Paragon Level System

Introducing the Paragon System

The new Paragon system coming in patch 1.0.4 is designed to address Magic Find gear-swapping while providing players who’ve reached level 60 with an extended progression system.

Here’s how it works:

After you hit level 60, any further experience you earn from killing monsters will begin to count toward Paragon levels
There are 100 Paragon levels
Every Paragon level will reward you with:

Core stats such as Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, and Vitality in amounts similar to what you’d gain from a normal level
3% Magic Find and 3% Gold Find


In addition, a distinctive increasingly-impressive border will surround your character portrait in the in-game party frame to denote your Paragon progression, with a new frame earned after every ten levels. Your Paragon level will also be visible to other players wherever your normal level is shown

alot people say MF gears are dropping price prior to this news. i dont see how that's an issue. MF gears are still necessary but less dependant as you grow in Paragon level.

Err... it also gives you the increase of core stats like STR, Dex and INT.

Blizzard has virtually given players LVL160.
You have every reason to kill Inferno monsters now.

This is truly a great addition for ppl like me who dislike mf items and do full act runs.( I cant stand doing short repetitive runs)

wait wait wait, after they implement this virtual 160 level, inferno elites will become piece of cake for us...i guess can KO them all with single hit.

we still need a awesome end game system.

so after paragon lvl 100 it will be 375mf without any % on gear rite and with 5stack of NV.

by the way i guess is SUPER HARD TO LVL to 100 paragon lvl laugh.gif

no need guess la, ald stated from the source that lvl 1 paragon is same as lvlin 59-60. lol

there's a 300% mf/gf cap with this system, which the ts didn't point out. so when you're lvl 100 (paragon) ur mf will be 300% hence don't need gear swapping anymore

tat quite impossible, i play 500+ hours only got 340k mob kill.. somemore not all lv63 mobs doh.gif

so dun care so much about reaching lv100 rclxub.gif
