Looking through the list, you don't have much choice. Since you just wanna start indulging into photography, try looking at the Canon Powershot A510/520 listed around RM730/RM840. These excellent budget camera's comes with manual (and auto) controls for you to learn. The difference between the two is 3MP vs 4Megapixels. Since you want to only shoot at 1600x1200, the 3MP A510 goes up to 2048 x 1536 and should be more than enough for you. AND, you can add conversion lenses and filters through an adapter. PLUS, it's slimmer than the current crop of A610/A620 (I think).

If Macro is that important to you, then the Nikon Coolpix 4600 (4MP) will be better and cheaper than the A510 at RM680 but you lose out on manual controls (i think). Of course, all these cameras can be had for lower at 2nd hand prices if you can find.
