No. I set mine to Malaysia, living @ Malayisa.

Not sure why but I think the only thing you could do now is to try appeal via support ticket.

Yea the tech guy on the phone ask me to write in an appeal n see if they will unlock back the items to me or not. Going thru the rules now

Each of Diablo III’s three game regions -- The Americas, Europe, and Asia -- has its own separate set of gold and real-money auction houses (one for each supported currency in the region). See the table below for details. Each auction house is completely independent, meaning items listed on one do not appear on another.Which auction houses you have access to is determined by where you live -- specifically, the country of residence registered to your Battle.net® account. In general, players can access the gold auction house in every game region, but can only access real-money auction houses in their home game region.

Honestly i think if they really want customer follow this stupid rules, they should just ban us from trading there at the very start instead of just choosing unlucky ones like me to ban and not returning all the items too.

In fact it's weird that you got banned since Malaysia (SEA) is listed under U.S. Region and allowed to use US, AUD, The three pesos RMAH.

There must be a reason of banning.
TS, write to Blizzard and ask them why you got banned.

Your account was banned from the RMAH as a precaution when you were changing out your authenticators, however now that that has been taken care of, your access has been restored.
