where is BR post match interview? Wanna have a look at what he said

This is what I got from BBC:

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers, following his side's 3-0 defeat at West Brom: "The sending off and penalties were very, very harsh I felt. Some of the decisions went against us. We will have more days like this along the way, that is the reality, but I could not ask many more from the players. They have given me everything. We had some chances but West Brom took full advantage of the extra man.

"There were some good moments today but it was a day when everything went against us really. We just have to move on. We won't win every day. Today was a period of learning for us and we were not happy with some of the decisions, but we have to move on."

Great to see Sahin's signed. Even better because we almost lost him to Arsenal. Hope we can sign him though if he does well this season..

Needless to say, impressed by the performance and more impressed by Brendan's interview! And I believe he will fix the backpass problem sooner rather than later.

Reina is off, Gerrard is off, suarez determine as always but unable to finish the game yet, borini is off, downing even did better than borini.. I'd say next game take gerrard and borini off, try playing shelvey at gerrards position or maybe sahin or allen at gerrard position, give downing a game.

And heck, against arsenal we should try to make more direct play. If only carroll still with us. Btw any1 noe whether there's option to recall for carrollv

I think West Ham paid 1 million for Carroll, so I doubt there's an option to recall him

bottom line is, you cannot succeed without spending. like it or not, thatst he truth. we can talk all day about buying youth and potential. without success, there will be no money. its a chained reaction. clubs been doing it for many years. take westham for example. many good players come from there. but what are they today? still midtable team...

success has to come fast, and especially with today's market where the billionaires can spend so easily, its a fact and you cannot deny it. we can develope all we can, but once the wealthy decides to spend, all our effort will gone to nothing.

i advocated instant success 2 seasons ago, and i still selling it now. unfortunately, we dont have the wallet. number 19 wont come anytime soon fellas. and i dont think FSG are the right people, they will never get us there.

in any business, you need to be ruthless. that was what SAF did. now mancity are doing it. SAF showed intent by buying RVP. who cares if he still have 2-3 seasons? if he can bring success, more success will come... that is what separetes us from them - we got small mentality

and the way i see it, there is now the BIG3, the NEXT2, and ... the rest... at best, we are now only top10

Couldn't agree more with you. Without the instant success (at least getting the top 4 spot), we will never ever be able to attract top class players and what we do is to keep waiting and waiting...

Read somewhere here that he isn't match fit as he had a poor pre-season. So we'll have to wait..
