I don't think we are in disasterous situation no doubt the result has been the worst in 50 years. Of course, by looking at the table we are at #20. hahahaa...
I do see some positive that the team are transitioning in to the passing style and some times some of the senior members are lost, making mistake obviously like Gerrard.
Besides, some of the forumers were right that Suarez is simply not the natural born striker, and I strongly agree we bring back Owen. He is the natural born striker and have that ind of instinct, but we still need an unselfish Suarez then only can score goals. Once Owen is in place, Suarez can free up and have more freedom because he can create chance but not convert the chance.

We don't have much choice. The board (according to news) has put the club in this situation, where we will have to seek for alternate strike force.
Whether Owen play for money or not, who else is not? Torres is not? Man City folks are not? Come on..even our club also didn't want to pay because of money. So, I don't mind. He will be like a servant, pay and play.
As long as it is good for the club, I really don't mind whoever joining. I think compare to relegation zone, I'd prefer Owen to come back and be a backup to our strike force until January. Then we will see how true is our owner about the letter.
By the way, about Drog and Anelka:
This Is Anfield @thisisanfield Dear all, Nicolas Anelka, Didier Drogba and Ivan Klasnic are NOT free agents. Please stop talking about them.

QUOTE(hfi @ Sep 3 2012, 10:40 PM) Please not Owen. Too many burnt bridges and he wasn't even good enough for the mancs , a team that could actually play some football. Our team is currently going through a transition, lots of bumpy road ahead and Owen will l struggle with us. And his fitness is questionable. This has Cole written all over it. There has to be someone else. If only we have choice, unless we go on like this till Jan.
