He got himself sent off intentionally? What does that have to do with him not wanting to be sold to Barca?
The red card was warranted as he was the last man and he did shove Long, even if the contact was minimal. The Skrtel decision on the other hand was appalling. Skrtel didn't even see him.
Damn it ref. Both shouldnt be a penalty.
Agger got the red as he was the last man, but the shoving is out of the box. Skrtel was going to clear the ball!!
I tot the deal wit Carroll was chelsea have to pay us 15m + Carroll. Meaning if we can get him a 20m. Torres will only cost them 35m. If Carroll cost us 45m then chelsea will have to pay us 60m for Torres. Pls tell if I'm wrong.
Mancini moaned of spending 52m and couldn't get their target person. Damn, he bought Sinclair for 6m. If we were to buy Sinclair (if only), I bet Swansea will ask for 10-12m. And we just don't have the money, even to fork 4m.
This also reminds me of how Newcastle fans felt when they had the cash from selling Carrol. Newcastle was like just keeping the money instead of getting someone. But then they surprised everyone with performance from Ba, then came Cisse.
I just hope we would be surprised by our own team. Maybe someone would shine extraordinarily.
I also wish Carroll would be a great player in Liverpool. This is good for both sides; Liverpool familiarising with BR's style and Carroll getting more playing in the field.
Big guy had a good report from last night's match. Wishing him for a great recovery.
But I don't have a single clue how Carroll can be accustomed in BR's play. Or vice versa.
