They way people talk about distilled water in forums or in the net, it makes me feel like, "OH easy only just go to tesco or giant or some supermarket and get it", but when i got there.. i found NO distilled water.. PLEASE HELP ME WHERE TO GET DISTILLED WATER!! HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

you can try battery water as well. most battery water are just distilled water, although some may contain other chemicals (rarely).
battery water can be purchased at petrol stations or car parts shops. but make sure you check the label first if it contains anything other than distilled water.

you are right...proses penyulingan is distilled water. i got mine from 7 eleven

Normally drinking water sold in shops in bottles is distilled water or ro water

so do u think its okay to use drinking water as a coolant for liquid cooling setup?

Drinking water is normally ro reverse osmosis

This removes all the substance in the water like distiller water

oh.. so either reverse osmosis or drinking water with proses penyulingan(distillation) is good la for liquid cooling?

Yes. Irayon read up on the process it removes all the particles in the water one by distill process and one via membrane filtering.

I use ro water. I buy them cheap from giant. My loop needs about 3 liters

Reverse osmosis is not. Just get whatever that's written Process-Distillation.

basically i can just keep the distilled water in any place right? no temperature or place requirements?

to minimize algae growth, please keep it away from sunlight.
I store it in an amber glass bottle.
Add a piece of silver coil if got extra.
Keep it at room temperature will be fine.

Added on August 19, 2012, 7:48 amyeah, RO is not recommended since there's still some trace elements unlike distilled in which all unwanted particles are completely removed.
hence you can see the pHs of both distilled vs RO are different where the latter has higher pH due to alkaline substances in it.
i play a lot with this thing because of my job
