battery replacement for htc one m7, is it original?

HTC one max camera focus keep buzzing sound and cant focus sometimes.. any idea what to replace and the price pls..

I'm using HTC M8 and the touch on the top row is partially working...Screen is perfectly OK and touch is OK for all areas except the top row (left side).
