my samsung tab 7.7 got below problems:
a) after switch on, the screen is hold at welcome picture (this picture will keep on until empty battery power)
b) when I charged the tab, the screen only show battery picture and cannot switch on. After plug out charger and switch on, then situation on (a) is occur again.

What problem? how much if you can repair it?
