Hi! Can i get a quote for several of these issues of mine?

1.My battery can go from 28% to shut down in seconds randomly. Sometimes it can do it at other % sometimes it doesn't at all and drains normally. Is this likely a software issue or a battery issue? If battery, How much will it cost to replace Samsung GT N8000 battery?

2. There is a crack at the charging port on the device, it isnt massive nor does it bother in charging but, how much to perhaps fix it?
