Hi Samsung S3 at first display on and off but navigation no problem. then no display. can you fix?

I would like to change my bezel of my samsung s3 and also the glass screen in front? how much for workmanship to remove lcd from old bezel input lcd into new bezel and apply new glass? how much is it to repair the glass for Samsung Grand Duos? (Just the glass, LCD and touch all working fine). Only glass is cracked and do you have housing for grand duos ?
