Samsung Galaxy Note 3 . Both got LCD problem.

My Samsung ace plus s7500 can't charge properly. sometimes it will say battery disconnected and the battery symbol at the upper right of the screen indicates that the phone is charging. And when I plug in the power source, sometime it will charge, sometime it won't.  What is wrong with my phone?
