how much to repair vibration problem samsung S3 mini?

Hi, I want to ask whether you can repair the Samsung GT-N8000, I get the error display,
"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode on KIES & Try again."
I tried connecting to the PC, but the PC can not detect the device. So I'm basically stuck.

My samsung note 3 dropped on the road. Cracked screen and front camera. Only the screen. Touchpad and lcd is okay. How much to repair and where is your shop? Need to fix this asap!
