Guys, for Installment Payment Plans (IPP) done directly with the merchant side, will the cashback be awarded at the point of purchase, or when the IPP monthly amount is posted?

Like for HLB, they awarded cashback on the monthly amount as and when posted.

Anyone knows if IPP transactions done at the point of purchase qualify for cashback?

If yes, is the cashback given upfront for the full purchase amount, or on a monthly basis based on the monthly installment amount?

Just to reply to my own queries which have gone unanswered:

IPP spend does qualify for cashback. The cashback is computed based on the monthly IPP installment amount, and is credited one day after the statement date.

There is a Visa Virtual credit card when I login to my Alliance account. I never applied for it.

Anyone else face the same thing?

Got RM100 Starbucks ecard as sign-up gift. Signed up in late October 2023.

Not sure if by signing up with the Starbucks promo, I would be excluded from other promos.

Eh such a simple problem why make so complicated? Just reload in TnG, Shopeepay, Setel and use it for your normal spending.

Guys today I checked my CCRIS and there is an additional line under Alliance Bank. I believe it might be the virtual card. However, I NEVER applied or activated the virtual card. How come it's in my CCRIS now??
