I swiped 4.6k and only got back 60+ as rebate with their Platinum CB.

only plus point over OCBC would be if you spend alot (you do get >1% rebate), there is reward point and unlimited entry into lounge at klia.

If you want purely cashback, none.

Local is RM1 = 1TP, oversea RM1 = 2TP

Plus point of this card for me
1. Easy to maintain - only require 12 swipes a year to waive AF
2. Unlimited entry to KLIA PPL

There is a tier based cashback but is minimal up to spending of RM5k/month.

i didn't have any banking account with Alliance

Citibank, Aeon, OCBC all i also don't have account but holding their credit card.

cs confirmed with me my swipe at starbuck MCC code 5814 eligible for 50% but whether get it or not need to wait, swipe more

i went around my place all closed after 12, no choice but only signed on morning of Thursday at The Curve.

Depends on promo, when i signed up the offer was 100% rebate up to RM180 for Platinum CB card.

its tier-based cash back not 100% of your 5k are based on 2%. Read the t&c.

I did not read but is it clearly stated in the T&C? If yes just file in official complaint or if you want to, involve BNM.

it is not, at least it is not with my Plat. CB card.

First 500 - 0.6% (RM3)
Next 850 - 0.7% (RM5.95)
Next 1200 - 0.9% (RM10.8)
Next 2450 - 2% (RM49)

So if i swipe 5k a month, i would get RM68.75 only.
