Do you have authenticator or secret question?

scan a copy of your IC/passport, make a ticket under lost account. I did mine with passport, took them less than 24 hours to unlock my account.

PLEASE HELP ME, and PROVIDE INFO LIKE :

1) The ban notice email received from Blizzard.

2) The possibility why you get banned. ( if you got the idea )

3) Do u have authenticator?

Please provide these info then we can tell you how bad your situation is, and how to solved.

same goes to me,everytime go different friends house always ask for unlock fill all my registered detail and go email verify;very tiring to do this no idea how to disable it.
