dry cell = life span +-2 years
wet cell = depends on the connector area.. if it spoil, you need to change the battery

i think you may check cause there are sign level of water limit on the cell. if it goes below that, you need to refill it.

Better check the liquid level at least once a month. Unless, u don't mind that the engine doesn't start when u need it most.

A mechanic told me that the battery will reach its end soon whn there are signs of difficulty to start up the engine.

Using wet battery all this time. Usually around 3-4 yrs can tahan if you always maintain properly.

Always check n refill batt water & also make sure connector dun collect dust or those sand thingy whatever that is surrounding it. Sometimes when the car won't start if it's because of batter, it's either die already or the sand that is surrounding the connector there is blocking the power.

car battery - depending on quality and luck - average (from my experience) is 1.5 years. so, quickly go buy new one and keep around just in case.

so far my experience:
1.GP dry cell 3 yrs
2.GP dry cell 1 yr
3.Cikai wet cell 1.5 yrs and counting (just need to add water)

All on the same ride.

My opinion:
Depends on luck.
