Thinking of taking this part time in UTM - M.Sc - Master of Science in Property Management

for engineering, UTM the best.
for archi, 2nd best to LKW.
for sciences, i dont know.

but overall, it is probably one of the most well-run unis in malaysia. i was a student there and i have never encountered a situation where the administration didnt fully fulfill my expectations as a student. and im a pretty tough customer. i always expect good service, and UTM delivered.

UiTM upgraded from ITM in 2000 if I'm not mistaken and since makes people confuse between these 2 uni.

i must say its electrical faculty is tough. during my second year, nearly half of my class mate was kicked out.
UTM nickname is Universiti Tendang Menendang...
once you got below par result they kick you directly

yes. LKW is far down the ranking when it comes to architecture in malaysia.

As an architecture student, LKW is the worst place to study architecture,
ask any experience lecturer about studying architecture in LKW, they will say NO!
Only two IPTS has been accredited by Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia

I think it involves work as office manager managing a condo or apartment complex. You oversee the security system, finance as well as maintenance of the sewage, water and electrical systems and make sure everything runs ok. Requires patience to deal with residents, service agents and contractors. Means you are responsible for making sure a condo is run properly. Usually work for a management company appointed by the Joint management Committee of the condo. With so many condos being built now, job prospects are good but pay is shittish.
