Normally how long do we change our Drive Shaft Boot (Inner) ? Sometimes, they called it Drive Shaft Cover....
*
from my understanding, no service interval for it. change once the boot is broken, both inner and outer. need to and must change once you know it's broken, if not you might stand a change to change whole drive shaft laugh.gif

from 5 blade to 12 blade? are you referring to the fan in engine bay?

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

drive shaft boot looks almost the same for both side, i assume the inner you mention is near gearbox? if yes, the outer i mention is near the wheels & brakes.

rm26 per piece without labour i assume? drive shaft is a sensitive part, be careful of it. anything goes wrong will made your car vibrate is nobody business...

my setting, so far so good and still can satisfied me so far blush.gif

pioneer HU with 2 set RCA
4 channel amplifier
6.5" passive component set
12" woofer with custom one cubic feet sealed box

nope, you must cut the door panel and fit in new speaker cover. no other choice as Kenari front speaker mounted at door panel, not the door.

Thank you. So, if to change whatsoever speaker, must cut panel lor rite... hmm...
neway, add me in... white kenari aerosport MT...

wink.gif
*
you don't really need to cut the door panel but the original speaker cover. so in future if you need to reinstall back, just find a speaker cover that you don't need to replace with the original speaker icon_rolleyes.gif

a/c cabin filter: new model like Alza have the slot for filter, it's so called plug 'n' play, but new car don't come with it.

engine mounting: maybe we can name out the brand we are using so that others still looking around can have some idea? the brand i'm using is Akiro, it's a orange-black color box. price should be rm350~400.

radiator fan: i'm thinking if to change higher rpm motor will be better then the fan blade itself? because i always get to see people sell the motor and/or whole fan + motor assy, claiming it's better?

i know a workshop that i can service and repair my own car myself. of course that's because i know the owner quite well la, so i have special priority...

the workshop owner source the engine mounting for me so it's quite hassle free for me la, because i know the brand i'm using is quite hard to find, tried my luck at a few spare part shop.

that's because i got a cheaper price then outside + i install it myself, that's why overall is cheaper. nvm, i'll see if i can get quotation to change the engine mounting for Kenari and see how much it's.

*
That is the ionizer, fitted originally. Does it still function? as mine already ko long time ago, even sent for warranty once...
