does the sound only comes when u apply brake? if yes, probably is due to you did not skim your disc brake as the surface on your pad is smoother than ur disc brake. coz currently my car is also having this issue after i have changed the pads.

Thanks Sir

I will try skim the disc brake. Just the "tuck sound" comes underneath the passenger seat. Or maybe CV joint.

I will make an appointment with P1 service centre and if they don't have any clue I guess I should not worry about it.

Guys. I just got a Water temp gauge free from my cousin. Its a Auto Gauge brand with only one wire from the gauge going to the sensor.

The thing is I will need to buy a water temp adaptor to fit into the radiator hose. Meaning have to cut the hose then join them together with the adaptor. My question is what adaptor size will fit Kenari OEM radiator hose as there are so many sizes in the market ranging from 28mm to >40mm in diameter??

A multimeter or voltmeter will get to job done. Test when the engine is off, test again when the engine is on, then test with engine on and all load on (aircond fan full blast, headlight on and radio on).

Join us on tt tomorrow night and I'll help you to test smile.gif

Is the sound like there's a 'hanging steel rod' underneath somewhere and 'tak tak tak' sound when on slow drive ? Especially if you go to an alley or passing by a wall beside you, the sound is very obvious ?

I am having such issue now and I am suspecting the drive-shaft...

wa... your kenari is so clean and your paint is so nice still... original paint or repainted again ? In Malaysia kind of weather, hard to maintain an always clean car... hmm...

It's probably not your driveshaft. I had the same sound, found out it was due to the exhaust pipe knocking around. Try check on that first as it's cheaper to repair.

I had rusted and broken pipe from the tong before. the sound were different.

Well, my problem solved. Guess no one would have my problem before. Don't know how de heck or who put a small thin stainless steel washer INSIDE of my tire and everytime i drive slow especially... I will hear the 'ting ting ting' sound... Good too that it is not the drive-shaft else, a bigger damage already...
