I think it will be about close to 2k for this conversion. better convert to L9 turbo better. if youre lucky, can get those with tiptronic one.  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif
you can easily look for it in mudah.my and see which one suits ur budget. they are a few range from the normal one with auto flip, or half moon lorry or square lorry type. price can range from 150 - 500.

thank for your reply.
i asked some places asking for 2~3K .. guess i gotta survey more

what about reasonable price for L9 Turbo? went to mudah & found range from 3~5k
sorry ima newbie in these stuff.. thank for your patient n time notworthy.gif

Changed from original 13" to MYVI 14" rims. Think came from the SE 1.5 model.

Rim Data :

Kenari rims :

Make - JRD 13X4.5J
Weight - 5.5 kg.
Total Weight - 11.7 kg with Falken ZE-326 (165/60 R13).
Weight of tyre - 6.2 kg.

MYVI rims :

Make - Emkei 14X5J
Weight - 6.5 kg.
Total Weight - 12.1 kg with Goodyear Duraplus (165/55 R14).
Weight of tyre - 5.6 kg.
Bought for RM400 for set of 4.

note Falken tyre heavier than Goodyear tyre (in my case).
overall, weight of MYVI rim with Goodyear tyre is only 0.4 kg heavier per wheel.

comparison :

Make - VOIR Racing (Rays Engineering). 14X5.5J. claim Japan made.
Weight - 5 kg.
costs - about RM700 per set of 4.

bigger rim, yet lighter.

it won't be from Japan with this price, if it's from Japan, it won't be so cheap. and Japan seldom and rarely make 2 sets of pcd in one rims. sweat.gif

Hi all sifu

Have you all experience "tuck tuck sound" especially when braking or steer to left or right? This sound is not consistent.

I check 4 workshop seems they don't have any clue. I already change my lower arm, driveshaft is still good, and even steering rack.

Or I guess this is normal for 13 years old car. cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif
